Sometimes I sit at my desk 5 or 6 hours at a time. By the time I'm ready to go home my back would be really tight and I would be in a lot of pain. Now when I'm ready to go home my back feels great and this transfers over to when I run or do any other athletic activity. This product has ben a God send and has helped my back tremendously. Great for the car I must admit, I wasn't sure about this product at first. I used it at work for a bit, and decided that the chair was not suited for this particular support (the chair is basically a piece of cheap garbage, so don't discount this support for use on your own quality office chair). Then I put it in the car. WOW. I have bucket seats, so the installation was a snap and it fit fine. It has made such a difference! Before, the neck rest on my seats pushed my head forward (really awkwardly), but with this support, I sit comfortably and my neck is never bothered. Other supports forced me to sit with my rear end out towards the edge of the seat, but this one allows me to sit with my rear right against the back of the seat (which is how you're supposed to sit to achieve a safe ride). I regularly visit my parents who live an hour away, and it makes travel so much easier on my back and neck. I can really tell a difference when I ride in someone else's car. The price is so low you could buy two or three if you needed. I love this! Takes a little getting used to but does wonders for your posture! First off the quality of this product is amazing. The build is solid and seems like it will last for a long time when properly used. For the price I feel that it is definitely one of the better products out there for those who have lower back pain. At first this product caused me a slight bit of pain as it took some getting used to. I took it on and off my chair because at times I couldn't handle it. Make sure to do this if needed or else you will end up in a worse position then when you started. I bought this because of the great reviews it had and do not regret making this purchase. I highly recommend this lumbar support.
